Kimchi is a staple in our diets It’s one of our most purchased foods at Costco. So we will be taking a kimchi making class in Korea!

This will be our third Disney park together, and the only one of its kind! We’ll only be going for one day, but we’re hoping to make the best of it.

We’d like to enjoy a nice omakase dinner in both Japan and Korea - both known for specific kinds of meat (for Josh) and fish (for Kelsie).

One of our favorite things to do while traveling together is visit the local art museums! The architecture is something we are both fascinated by.

We’ll be taking a day trip out to see Mt.Fuji and hopefully get to see it amongst the fall leaves and explore the towns around the area.
